Can we have a pet?
You can bring in a small dog with you that may not be replaced and mustn't cause grief for your neighbours.
Do we pay council rates?
Yes, just like you do in any other sub-division. Naturally, you pay less because your block is smaller.
What are the body Corporate fees?
$15.29 per week or $795 per year payable half yearly in March and September.
How many homes will there be in Tuncunba when it's finished?
43, 17 two levels and 26 single levels. We've built and sold 23 and by mid December we will have started another 2.
What's television reception like?
Digital and satellite are available and reception is excellent.
What sort of internet connection is available?
There's ADSL-2 and next G Your home is wired for ADSL-2 but we find Next G very convenient particularly if you're planning to travel.
Can we pick our own colours and finishes on our new home?
Of course, however the finishes are pretty well top of the line and we pay thousands for colour schemes and interior and exterior finishes to be provided by professionals, but if you'd like Bamboo floors, carpet throughout or gas cooking, no problem.
